International (Park n Shop) in Baguio Villa, Pokfulam has Marine Stewardship Council certified smoked salmon available in its store. I did buy some and it is delicious… You would expect to pay a little more for wild caught Alaskan salmon, but this was not only slightly more than scottish farmed (definitely NOT sustainable!)
So if you like smoked salmon, you know where and what to buy.
