勃勃海洋 Living Seas Hong Kong has developed a project on the iNaturalist platform to clearly identify Marine Life observations reported in Hong Kong waters. Through detailed customised filtering and ongoing management this project clearly highlights Marine Life Observations from the Hong Kong public.
iNaturalist is an open social platform connecting naturalists, citizen scientists, and biologists, to map and share observations of biodiversity across the globe. Using this platform and expanding it’s utilisation amongst Hong Kong marine life and nature enthusiasts, is a powerful way to highlight Hong Kong’s Marine biodiversity and aid in Marine Conservation efforts.
