Fishing-ban marine reserve has been setup for the Isle of Arran in Scotland. This is only the second no-take zone to the setup in the UK, the other being the Lundy Island in the Bristol channel.Â
There is increasing interest globally in setting up no-take zones and properly managing marine resources.
