On the 13th March 2009, Living Seas was invited to do a presentation at the Asia Asset Management “Best of the Best Awards 2008”
Our presentation, conducted by Eric Sampson, a founding member of Living Seas Hong Kong covered some of the main issues confronting Hong Kong’s marine life and marine environment and also highlighted that there really is much that is worth preserving and much can be done for Hong Kong’s seas.
We also auctioned some wonderful underwater photographs from Paul Mckenzie and Jason Lai. The proceeds from this exercise will fund our lobbying work and awareness campaigns. Photos from the event can be found in our Photo Gallery.

2009年3月13日，勃勃海洋獲亞洲資產管理雜誌邀請，在「Best of the Best Awards 2008」中發言。本會當日由創會成員 Eric Sampson 介紹當前香港海洋生物及環境所面對的挑戰，並指出保育它們的價值及未來工作任重道遠。我們又拍賣了一些由 Paul Mckenzie 和 Jason Lai 拍攝的美麗水底照片，收益將作遊說及教育工作之用。勃勃海洋特此感謝投得照片的人士，因為他們的支持及慷慨將有利我們宣傳理念。
